Ingredients:
- 1/2 CUP peanut butter (wow butter, almond butter etc.)
- 1/4 CUP honey
- 1 TSP vanilla extract
- 1 CUP of old fashion oats
- 1/3 CUP ground flax seed
- 1 TBSP chia seeds (optional)
- 1/4 CUP chocolate chips
- 1/4 CUP mini M&M’s (If you don’t have M&M’s you can use 1/2 cup chocolate chips total instead)
** Optional mix-ins: Wheat germ, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, dried fruit
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- Roll ingredients into small balls (size is your preference!)
- Put in the fridge to chill for 15-30 minutes
- Keep energy bites stored in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer
